Shipping Policy

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after noon or on weekends start processing the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a little time to update.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days after shipping. Carrier delays, customs or holiday periods can occasionally add extra time.

Christmas Orders
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 5.

We ship worldwide to almost every country.

Taxes & Duties
Where possible, taxes and import fees are included at checkout. If they aren’t, local customs may charge VAT, duties or fees on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Multiple Packages
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Please double-check your address before ordering. To change your address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes aren’t possible once the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Email us your order number, plus photos if the item is damaged. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
